Sam McGowan, a principle creator of the Rose Garden, also works with fellow members of the Rose Society of the Ozarks to keep it in beautiful condition. Sam has some favorite roses himself, one of which is this one, 'Dolly Parton,' a hybrid tea with coppery-red blooms and a sweet, spicy fragrance.
