The new 'Cheddar' Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea 'Cheddar') might cause a stir at the dinner table--it's the orangey color of a good cheddar cheese and holds the color when cooked. The color is the result of high levels of beta-carotene. The heads are uniform, smooth, domed, and solid, and can be harvested 68 days from transplanting.
