Chinese Mustard (Brassica Rapa chinensis) is a mustard-flavored leafy green vegetable that grows quickly to 12 inches tall. It can be used raw or cooked and is good added to soups and stir-fries. The NGB also advises peeling, boiling, slicing, and serving with soy sauce and sesame oil. The plant matures in 57 days.
