Lane and Paula Winter, who've been married 33 years, created their garden literally from scratch. "It's a family project," says Lane. Here they are in their main attraction, a water garden nook on the east side of the house. "People are always stopping by to look at it," he adds, "and we're happy to talk to them about it."
